Dear Enpal Team,
We’re thrilled to come together at the beginning of December for our winter party and to celebrate with all of you. To make sure you're perfectly prepared for the evening, you’ll find all the important information and details on this page.

Please bring a valid photo ID with you for entry. You’ll receive your entry wristbands on site. Access to the event is only possible via the guest list.
The official party starts at 06:00 pm - so make sure you're there on time so you don't miss out! The last drinks will be served at 02:30 am, the official end of the event is 03:00 am.
Reimbursement
For our remote Enpalees:
- Business trip: If your trip to the party is combined with business travel (e.g. a training or workshop) that takes place in the same week (Dec 1–7), please book your entire stay via Navan Business. Note: There must be a business-related reason for the trip. If you have any questions, reach out to travel@enpal.de.
- If you’re only coming for the party: You’ll need to cover your travel and accommodation costs upfront. Enpal will then reimburse you up to €80 for travel or accommodation expenses. For reimbursement, please make sure:
- The invoice recipient is: Enpal B.V., Bödikerstraße 25, 10245 Berlin
- Send both your invoice and the reimbursement form as a single PDF to rechnungen@enpal.de

We’re celebrating under the motto “Come as you are.” However, please dress appropriately for the occasion and the weather. The event only takes place inside.
We look forward to celebrating our team spirit and success together at our Christmas party! Please understand that due to limited capacity we can’t invite guests such as children and partners. Pets are also not allowed. We want to ensure that all Enpalees have the opportunity to participate.
Our Location
Colosseum Berlin
Where once over 360 horses were kept, one of Berlin’s most historic cinemas – the Colosseum – was later built. After hosting operettas, movie premieres, and going through many changes over the years, the venue was turned into a modern event space in 2023. Today, the Colosseum combines old brick walls with a cool, urban vibe – a perfect place for special moments. We’re really excited to celebrate our winter party in this unique location.
Food & Drinks
A wide selection of drinks and plenty of food will be provided. There will be meat dishes as well as vegetarian and vegan options available.
Cloakroom
You can easily drop off your belongings at the cloakroom and retrieve them later.
Smoking Areas
Designated smoking areas are available outside the building. Please note that smoking is only permitted outdoors. Smoking is not allowed in the foyer or on the dance floors.

Respect & Consideration
Our Christmas party is all about fostering a friendly and inclusive atmosphere. That's why we have a strict zero tolerance policy towards any form of discrimination, including racism, sexism, homophobia or any other derogatory behaviour. Any incident or suspicion will be taken seriously - look out for each other and talk to local contacts if you ever feel uncomfortable.

Drugs
In addition, we follow a zero tolerance policy for drugs at our Christmas party. The bringing and/or consumption will result in immediate exclusion from the event.

Alcohol consumption
We want to create a positive and safe party atmosphere. Therefore, we ask that you drink responsibly. Bringing your own alcohol is not permitted.

Security & Bag control
It is prohibited to bring sharp objects such as pocket knives or other weapons. Any discovery will result in immediate exclusion from the party. For the safety of everyone, bagchecks will be conducted at the entrance. Security personnel will be present throughout the venue and available at all times. If you have any security concerns, please feel free to contact them directly

Photographer & photos
A photographer will be on site at the start of the party to capture the best moments. By entering the event area, you agree that photos may be taken. If you would like a team photo, just ask her – she'll be happy to take pictures of you! We will of course make all the pictures available to you afterwards.

Company event & social media
Even though we are celebrating together, the winter party is a company event. Let's therefore treat each other with respect and professionalism. Please refrain from posting photos or videos on social media – we will share the official photos with you afterwards so that everyone can enjoy the same wonderful impressions.
