Do you know thatwomen are rarely managers?women earn less than men?women are rarely supported?women lack networks?we can change that?

Back in the 1830s...
...Ada Lovelace had no idea how her work would shape the history of the world when she invented the prototype for the first digital computer. Back then, she was the first woman with the title “computer programmer” - today, the entire modern world stands on the shoulders of computers.
We see stories like this often in this world: women are responsible for enormous technical, social and economic progress, but are too often not treated accordingly. What does this look like today?
The world (still) isn't fair...
...especially for women. They are less likely to be in management positions, suffer from a male-dominated culture and language and are paid less than their male colleagues. These are problems that affect all areas of our lives - regardless of country, industry or age. Wouldn't it make sense to do something about it?

The world is a better place when...
…women are supported more. Above-average performance, more creativity, greater loyalty and even a better financial result - when there is a stronger focus on women, diversity and inclusion, everyone benefits. What do we do at Enpal?
We are here to make a change
